What is a fursona???

Alright, I was told who I was being a secret Santa to today. The person I am to draw for wants a fursona of himself and I have no idea what that is. So if anyone reading this does know what it is please tell me. Thank you.^_^ I hope the person I am doing this for doesn't see this and figure it out. I just need to know so he gets what he wants.

Heya, i've read somewere that a fursona is a character you make of youreself, however its has to be an animal, like you often see in those furry drawings, an animal with clothing that walks on 2 legs, stuff like that :nod:
But i'm not 100% sure :( goodluck! :hug:

A fursona, as mentioned earlier is generally used in the "furry" online community. They are an anthropmorphic form of a person (yes, usually walks on two legs, unless it is a "quad" character or any other rare form.) For reference, think Disney's Robin Hood :P
